BNN Annual General Meeting 2025
BNN Annual General Meeting 2025
In February, the Belize Network of NGOs held its Annual General Meeting for 2025. The network and its members marked several notable achievements and advocacy efforts in line with our core objectives. From a push to increase public comments on the 13th Amendment Bill to supporting journalists in sharpening their investigative skills, BNN's work to strengthen good governance across Belize continued throughout 2025.

During the AGM, members received updates on BNN's work, finances, communications growth, and key advocacy efforts. The Senator representing the NGO community, Hon. Janelle Chanona, gave a report on her work in Parliament.

BNN also confirmed the NGO representatives serving on national committees, ensuring civil society continues to have a seat at the table.

The network remains focused on expanding its membership to serve more NGOs across Belize. Strengthened collaboration across civil society will ensure that our voices are not only heard, but respected in the halls of power.
The Belize Network of NGOs invites all non-governmental organizations not yet registered to become members today.
