Main Goal To advance the Belize Network of NGOs’ (BNN) strategic influence by strengthening its advocacy framework and modernizing its communication infrastructure, ensuring a unified and visible voice for civil society in national policy and governance.
Project Objectives
- Strengthen Legislative Advocacy: Establish a formal accountability and planning cycle between the BNN membership and the NGO Senator to evaluate, plan, and execute advocacy efforts regarding pertinent national policies and legislation.
- Enhance Member Engagement: Deepen relationships across the network through a structured system of regular check-ins, ensuring that the BNN’s advocacy remains representative of and responsive to its diverse membership.
- Modernize Digital Communication: Transition the BNN’s traditional newsletter to a high-reach digital platform to improve information flow and maximize the reach of critical organizational updates.
- Amplify Public Awareness: Launch a comprehensive outreach campaign utilizing boosted social media content and strategic media engagement to raise public awareness and build broad support for governance and social issues.
