Goal: To promote civil society organization (CSO) capacity building and regional collaboration for the protection and advancement of human rights.
Objectives: Key activities include facilitating networking sessions for CSOs and brainstorming collaborative actions. The program establishes a framework for coordination among CSOs across Central America to strengthen their financial, administrative, and communication management.
