Goal: To enhance BNN’s impact as an umbrella organization by establishing a robust organizational foundation.
Objectives: This project seeks to expand and strengthen the membership base, deepen relationships with civil society actors, and increase organizational visibility. It also focuses on strengthening internal systems to meet regulatory standards, foster credibility, and attract new stakeholders and partners.
